Job description / Job Summary Job Title: CRM & Sales Executive Additional specializations of interest: CRM Tools (e.g. Sharp Spring or Sales Force) Company: Enhance Fitness Location: Doha, State of Qatar Start Date: Immediately Package: TBD Benefits: Residency and Work permit, Health Insurance, Flight to country of origin every (2) years Term of Contract: (2) Years Renewable / Primary Purpose of the Position The CRM & Sales exec will work with the remainder of the Sales and Client management team to achieve the departmental objectives. Reporting to the Head of Trainers based in Doha, the CRM & Sales Exec will be responsible for ensuring monthly sales and new client targets are achieved. They will do so by implementing sales strategies, working closely with the marketing team to develop ideas to drive sessions. In addition to new clients, the exec will need to manage and retain existing clients ensuring timely renewals of packages and overall client satisfaction with the services. The CRM & Sales exec will also need to work collaboratively with the all other departments to ensure business requirements are addressed and pro-actively propose new solutions for the business. The CRM & Sales Exec will ensure that the brand reflects the company\xe2\x80\x99s technology driven ethos and presents the strive to provide the best brand experience to consumers. Responsibilities Achieve and exceed monthly free session target and closing set number of new leads per week Upsell and renew packages for existing clients in a timely manner to maintain client retention Performing all basic system transactions pertaining to billing and client registration. Notifying Head of Sales of any clients\xe2\x80\x99 complaints or grievances and assisting in appropriate response. Being knowledgeable of all products and programs and building value Being responsive to member feedback and complaints and working towards timely resolution. Consistently looking for opportunities to gain new clients and elevate service levels. Utilize owned mediums such as app registrations, Instagram and Facebook to drive new leads Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports Work closely with Head of Trainers to identify trainers with gaps in schedules and match them with new client prospects Candidate Requirements Degree Required: Bachelor\'s, Business or Marketing or Sales or equivalent experience Previous experience in sales (specifically within Fitness, F&B, Hotel Services or other Consumer Service industries is a plus) Language - English // Written and Spoken is a must - Arabic is a significant plus How to Apply Candidates must apply to https://forms.monday.com/forms/4995aaecc85618675a5e8deaed4827e3?r=use1 Who We Are Enhance Fitness is a technology company that launched in the UAE in 2018 and has since revolutionized the fitness industry.
