Job Description

Job Purpose: Opening a new marketing outlets And accomplishes business development activities of the academy by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans; implementing sales plans and managing the customer services staff. Duties and Responsibilities : Communicate with companies and customers to facilitate access to services provided by the Academy. Train, advice and evaluate the customer services team. Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing marketing and action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change. Meets marketing and sales financial objectives of the academy by forecasting requirements; prepares annual marketing budget. Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; competition, supply, and demand of the academy services. Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising and developing field sales action plans. Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying customer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share in Qatar. Improves the academy services marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities. Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends about the services of academy. Protects the academy value by keeping information confidential. Accomplishes marketing and the academy mission by completing related results as needed. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Ability to commute/relocate:
