Job Description

A sales executive role in a recruitment agency in Dubai, UAE requires an individual with a strong sales background and excellent communication skills. The sales executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires someone who is target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: * Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the agency\'s services and value proposition.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring maximum profitability while meeting client expectations.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth execution of client requirements and timely delivery of services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance to the management team.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to expand professional network and promote the agency\'s services.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Preferred Candidate: * Prior experience in sales, preferably in the recruitment industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Target-driven and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and proactive approach.
  • Good understanding of the recruitment process and industry dynamics.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Fluency in English is essential, knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage.
