Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven

Sales Executive

with a proven track record in selling

dental equipment and implant systems

in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will leverage existing networks of dentists, implantologists, clinics, and distributors to drive consistent revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen our positioning in the competitive dental sector.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

Identify, target, and engage dental clinics, implantologists, and procurement managers for implant systems and related equipment. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by driving new business and nurturing existing accounts. Conduct product demonstrations, clinical presentations, and hands-on workshops for dental professionals.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), clinic owners, and procurement heads. Provide technical and commercial support to dentists before and after sales. Handle customer objections, ensure satisfaction, and build repeat business opportunities.

Market & Competitor Analysis

Monitor competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and market trends. Identify gaps and propose tailored marketing strategies for dental implant sales. Generate market intelligence reports and support business strategy with data-driven insights.

Operational Support

Coordinate with internal logistics and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries. Support participation in exhibitions, conferences, and workshops (e.g., AEEDC Dubai, Arab Health, etc.). Maintain accurate records of leads, sales pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Candidate Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Dentistry, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.

Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years in UAE dental equipment sales, with strong preference for implant system sales.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of dental implants, prosthetics, and surgical consumables. Existing network of UAE dental professionals and procurement contacts. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently with target-driven mindset. Familiarity with MOHAP / DHA tendering and purchasing processes is an advantage.

Languages:

Proficiency in English is required; Arabic/Hindi/Malayalam is an advantage.

Other:

Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel across Emirates.
