ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies to expand the dealer network and achieve sales targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential dealers to maximize sales opportunities.Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and analyze market trends.Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with dealers to ensure mutual profitability.Provide training and product knowledge sessions to dealer sales teams.Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market movements to stay ahead in the industry.Ensure prompt order processing, delivery coordination, and after-sales support.Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and dealer incentives.Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to the management.Required SkillsExperience: 3-5 years of sales experience in the home appliances, consumer electronics, or related industry.Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the UAE dealer and retail market for home appliances, with expertise in the Independent Retail (IR) channel.Brand Experience: Prior experience in handling In-house Major Domestic Appliances (MDA) brands or OEM brands.Sales & Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to close deals and build profitable partnerships.Communication: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.Language Proficiency: Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.Education: Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.Driving License: Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.Business : Handled a business turnover more than 3 Million per year
