Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Handle all

sales inquiries and client calls

via phone, WhatsApp, and email in a professional and friendly manner.

Identify and acquire new business opportunities

with cafes, events companies, corporate clients, and other potential partners.

Build and maintain strong relationships

with clients to ensure repeat sales and brand loyalty.

Promote and represent Velvett Cakes'

brand, products, and services in the market.

Coordinate with management

and the production team on client requirements to ensure smooth order execution. Understand client needs and recommend suitable

cake designs, sizes, and pricing options.

Handle

customer feedback or complaints

with empathy and professionalism.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
