Job Title: Sales Executive - E Commerce

Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace Management:

Manage and maintain our online stores on Noon, Amazon, Carrefour, and other key platforms. Upload and update product listings with accurate content, pricing, and images. Monitor and improve product rankings, search visibility, and conversion rates. Handle day-to-day operations including order processing, stock updates, and returns.

Sales & Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities on online marketplaces. Drive sales growth through promotional campaigns, deals, and cross-platform marketing. Analyze sales data and marketplace trends to identify growth areas. Build strong relationships with category managers and marketplace account managers.

Performance Analysis:

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales performance, traffic, and ROI. Generate regular reports and actionable insights to optimize performance. Track competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.

Customer Experience:

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely order fulfillment and issue resolution. Coordinate with customer service teams to address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field. 2+ years of experience in managing sales on online marketplaces (Noon, Amazon, Carrefour, etc.). Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and sales strategies. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, analytics tools, and marketplace dashboards. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with third-party seller platforms. Knowledge of SEO for product listings and keyword optimization. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Amazon Seller Central, etc. Ability to multitask and manage multiple marketplace accounts.
