Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the CRM system.
Support the sales team by generating reports, dashboards, and insights on leads, opportunities, and performance.
Monitor sales pipelines and track customer interactions to ensure timely follow-ups and closure.
Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to align CRM activities with broader business objectives.
Provide training and support to team members on CRM usage and best practices.
Identify opportunities to automate workflows, improve lead management, and enhance CRM processes.
Ensure customer data is segmented and targeted appropriately for sales and marketing campaigns.
Stay updated with CRM trends and implement improvements as necessary
