Job Description

:

Key Responsibilities * Direct efforts to achieve agreed sales targets in accordance with sales/marketing plan in order to achieve long term profit growth.

Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
Monitoring market trends and competitors offers on regular basis to retain customers.
Handle customer complaints and ensure each customer receives outstanding service.
Establishing, Maintaining and expanding customer base also servicing the needs of existing customers
Strengthen market position in key accounts; develop good relations with these accounts.
Identify and act upon opportunities for business growth.
Ensuring compliance to all SOPs of the organization.
Daily and weekly reports to HOD.
Any relevant ad-hoc duties and/or relevant special projects may be assigned by the Management.
