Job Description

The Job Holder will be responsible to implement the initiatives for Business Travel Operations Department to ensure smooth functioning of day to day operations, retention of existing clients and successful induction of new corporate customers. Monitoring daily sales and ensure team to meet and exceed sales quotas/target.

Job Responsibilities:

Onboarding of new clients & where the volumes are high, conduct meetings with clients for the onboarding

Based on Customer surveys, implement corrective measure at the operational level

Conduct monthly Sales and Operations meeting

Comply with all objectives, performance standards, and policies.

Ensure CRM is up to date with accurate information

Ensure compliance with ISO procedures

Promote other travel affiliated products like Insurance, Limo pick-up/drop-off,

International driving license, Marhaba services, car-hire, hotel accommodation etc..

Maintain & update customer profile / data form

Handle unforeseen problems and complaints with courtesy and understanding.

Attend conference or training to maintain familiarity with tourism trends

Achieving monthly income targets for applicable sales grade

Any other reasonable duties / responsibilities that may be assigned by the Line Manager from time to time.

Additional Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration, sales or relevant field

Proven experience as Supervisor and minimum of 3 - 5 years' successful experience in the same or similar Industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with attitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.

Exceptional customer service skills.

Proactive and possesses a strong sense of urgency for reaching sales goals

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
