The Salesperson will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for the company by actively prospecting new business and developing strong relationships with existing clients. This individual will work closely with the company\'s sales team to identify and pursue new sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and generate leads through a variety of sources including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research. Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service. Sales Process Management: Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, including proposal development, contract negotiation, and project handover. Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with the operations team to ensure a seamless handover of projects and provide ongoing support as needed. Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, performance, and forecasts to the sales manager. Requirements: 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the construction or contracting industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation.
