Tradeling.com is intended to become the dominant B2B marketplace for the MENA region by simplifying and enhancing digital B2B trade through a centralized, digital and safe procurement platform. It will offer value added services that will include finance and logistics. Launched in Q1 of 2020, with multiple categories ranging from office supplies, food and beverage, and consumer electronics. Position Overview

We are looking for people who take an inclusive, customer centric approach in achieving sales objectives and contribute to overall organization\xe2\x80\x99s sales goals. In this role, you will be discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through meetings, email and phone, we\xe2\x80\x99d like to meet you. You will be championing the customer experience evolution through data-driven insights and by using a variety of demand-sales inputs. As a Sales Executive, you will be a key strategic contributor to the offline sales domain of your specialized vertical.

Responsibilities

Sales Operations
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
Customer Obsession
  • Understand customer needs and business objectives.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Resolve customer complaints in coordination with the category team.
  • Meet success metrics set for customer satisfaction.
  • Understand the need of multitasking in sales / customer service / customer relationship / issue resolutions.

Requirements (Hard Skills)

  • Proven experience as a Sales executive with more than 3+ years is preferred.
  • Professional proficiency in English and Hindi. Intermediate knowledge of language Malayalam or Arabic is a plus
  • Proven work experience as a sales executive across geographies of UAE with a track record of meeting/exceeding annual sales goals.
  • Prior work experience in B2B marketplace.
  • Exposure in Sales / Distribution / wholesale / Traditional Retail Shops.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.

  • Ability to convey information effectively and build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to provide exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrates understanding and compassion towards client\xe2\x80\x99s situation and requirements.
  • Ability to uphold the highest standards to integrity in all interactions with clients, colleagues and stakeholders.
