A leading IT company in Dubai is looking for staff experienced in Sales Executive in Computer IT Showroom
Objectives of this role
Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings
Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them
Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representatives
Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts
Develop skills continuously for hiring, training, and leading team members, and ensure that they're using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives
Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships
Responsibilities
Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach
Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance
Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them
Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
Providing training and professional development to the sales team
Creating sales goals and implementing initiatives to increase sales
Assisting sales team members to build quality relationships with customers
Collaboration with other company departments, such as marketing or finance, to offer customer support
Ensuring that sales team members follow up with potential customers
Generating reports and data for sales analysis
Handling escalated client objections and concerns to support other members of the sales team
Should have good communication skill.
Should have good knowledge and experience in IT hardware (Computer & accessories) and IT solutions.

Bachelor degree is must
