The Sales Executive - Mobile Accessories is responsible for promoting and selling mobile accessories, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in selecting mobile accessories, offering product knowledge and recommendations.
Promote and upsell products such as chargers, earphones, power banks, covers, screen protectors, and other accessories.
Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.
Maintain product displays, ensure stock availability, and manage inventory levels.
Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash/card payments.
Stay updated with the latest mobile accessories, technology trends, and product features.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat sales.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share insights with management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications & Requirements
High school diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred).
Minimum 2 years of sales/retail experience, preferably in mobile accessories, electronics, or telecom.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with good problem-solving ability.
Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Basic computer literacy and POS system knowledge.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
