Overview of the Role
The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets for our Bus Division, while ensuring exceptional customer experience at every stage of the sales process. This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual with strong relationship-building skills and a passion for delivering customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do

  • Drive sales growth by achieving and surpassing monthly and annual targets, maximizing both net sales and gross profit margins.
  • Conduct regular client visits and field meetings to understand business needs, propose tailored solutions, and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Present and demonstrate buses effectively by highlighting their key features, technical specifications, and value propositions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle -- from lead generation to deal closure -- ensuring a smooth and positive customer journey.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory and follow up on qualified leads.
  • Maintain up-to-date product and market knowledge to effectively position our offerings against competitors.
  • Participate in sales meetings, product training, and refresher sessions to stay aligned with company objectives and new developments.
