About Us:

Caterlux Trading LLC is a leading distributor and supplier of

commercial kitchen equipment and solutions

across the UAE. We specialize in providing high-quality equipment, professional design consultation, and reliable after-sales service to hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering businesses.

We are looking for a

dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive

with experience in the

commercial kitchen or hospitality equipment industry

to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with

hotels, restaurants, catering companies, consultants, and contractors

. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through

cold calls, site visits, and networking

. Understand client requirements and propose suitable kitchen equipment solutions. Prepare and submit

quotations, tenders, and proposals

in coordination with the technical and estimation teams. Conduct

product presentations and site visits

to assess project requirements. Negotiate prices and terms to close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with the

design, service, and procurement teams

to ensure timely order delivery and project completion. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain records of client interactions and pipeline updates in the CRM or reporting system. Strong

knowledge of kitchen equipment brands, layouts, and technical specifications.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Valid UAE driving license is

mandatory

. Proficiency in

MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

and CRM tools. Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet targets.
