'Sales Executive -Candy Brand' urgently required reputed company in Oman

-Sales Executive -Candy Brand seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sr Sales Executive for the Candy brand to join our team in the Oman market. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales of home appliances, preferably with experience in the local market. Duties & Responsibilities: 1. He will be handling sales of candy built in home appliances like Hob, Hood, Electric Oven etc product . 2. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share for the Haier brand in the Oman market. 2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including establishing partnerships with retailers, distributors, and other channels. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and loyalty. 4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities. 5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns and sales materials. Desired Profiles: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the Oman IR market. 3. Strong understanding of the home appliances industry, particularly in the IR (Integrated Retail) segment. 4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders. 5. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. 6. Analytical mindset and ability to gather and interpret market data. 7. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. 8. Fluent in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of Arabic is a plus. 9. Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within Oman as required.

Remuneration 700 OMR + Company Car + Petrol Allowance +Family Status +Other Benefit as Per Oman Labor Laws
