Sales Executive/ Business Development Executive – Signage Industry

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and approach potential clients for printing and advertising services (e.g., banners, signages, Hoarding etc.) Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. Collaborate with the production and design team to ensure client expectations are met. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, both online and offline. Attend networking events, trade shows, or exhibitions to promote the company's services. Maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools.

Requirements:



Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing (experience in printing/advertising industry preferred). Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with printing techniques and advertising materials is an added advantage. Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of digital marketing tools. A valid driver's license is mandatory (for client visits).

Compensation:



Base salary + Commission Travel allowance (if applicable) Incentives based on performance
Preferred: With experience in Advertising Company and with existing client.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
