We are looking for a

dynamic, goal-oriented, and results-driven Sales Executive

to join our

Project Sales Division

. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling a wide range of building materials, including

tiles, marble, paints, electrical lighting, and sanitary products

.

This role requires a proactive individual with strong knowledge of the construction industry and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Development

Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the building materials and construction sector. Promote and sell products to contractors, architects, consultants, developers, and other decision-makers. Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and high customer satisfaction. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and professional support. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and product presentations; negotiate terms and close deals effectively. Maintain organized and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and contractual agreements.

Reporting & Coordination

Maintain accurate documentation of project pipelines, client communications, and sales performance. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and efficient after-sales support.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in

Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering

, or a related field.

2-3 years of proven sales experience

in the building materials or construction sector (preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently. Proficient in

CRM systems

and Microsoft Office Suite.

Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle

(preferred).
