We are seeking a dynamic, goal-oriented, and results-driven

Sales Executive

to join our Project Sales Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling a comprehensive range of building materials, including tiles, marble, paints, electrical lighting, and sanitary products.

This role requires a proactive individual with strong knowledge of the construction industry and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key project stakeholders.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Development

Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the building materials and construction sector. Promote and sell products to contractors, architects, consultants, developers, and other key decision-makers. Consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Build and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business and ensure high customer satisfaction. Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and professional support. Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and product presentations; negotiate terms and close deals effectively. Maintain organized and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and contractual agreements.

Reporting & Coordination

Maintain accurate documentation of project pipelines, client communications, and sales performance. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate order processing, timely delivery, and efficient after-sales support.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field. 2-3 years of proven sales experience in the building materials or construction sector (preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management abilities. Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work independently. Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred).
