About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and experienced

Senior Sales Executive

to join our Dubai team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

building materials sales

, particularly

plywood, whitewood, MDF, and hardware products

. The role focuses on

growing the client base, maintaining key relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets

across the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and engage new clients, including

contractors, architects, developers, interior design firms, and traders

. Promote and sell a broad range of products such as

MDF, Melamine MDF, Whitewood, Hardwood, Plywood, Gypsum, GI Sheets, Flexel Sheets

, and other construction materials. Meet and exceed

monthly and quarterly sales goals

through direct client interaction and field visits. Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and contracts, and maintain accurate sales documentation. Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Coordinate with logistics and internal teams to guarantee timely deliveries. Stay informed on

market developments, competitor activities, and new product offerings

. Provide regular sales updates and insights to management.

Requirements:

Minimum

4+ years of field sales experience

in building materials, timber, plywood, or hardware within the UAE. Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets. Strong

communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

. Solid understanding of the

Dubai/UAE construction and building materials market

.

Valid UAE driving license

is required. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently. Fluent in

English

; knowledge of

Arabic or Hindi

is advantageous.

Bachelor's degree

in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred. Basic familiarity with

CRM tools or sales tracking software

.
