Welcome and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
Help customers locate products, offer basic product knowledge, and support upselling/promotions.
Process transactions accurately using POS systems and ensure quality customer service.
Handle and escalate customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Assist with receiving, replenishing, and organizing stock; ensure displays are tidy and well-presented
Monitor slow-moving items and report discrepancies or low inventory levels to senior staff.
