Overview:



We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Sales Executive

with a strong background in the

building materials industry

, specifically in the sales of

timber, plywood, MDF, and gypsum boards

. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth product knowledge and a demonstrated ability to drive sales across various client segments.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and manage sales activities for building material products including

timber, plywood, MDF, and gypsum boards

. Build and maintain relationships with key clients such as

contractors, joineries, traders, project developers, and event/exhibition companies

. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product information to clients. Maintain up-to-date records using CRM tools and prepare regular sales reports.

Requirements:



Minimum

5 years of experience

in the

building materials industry

, with a proven track record in B2B sales. Specialized knowledge and experience in selling

timber, plywood, MDF, and gypsum boards

. Demonstrated success in selling to a diverse client base, including

project contractors, joineries, traders, and event companies

. Proven ability to work

independently in a fast-paced and remote work environment

.

Bachelor's degree

in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

Valid UAE driving license

is mandatory.
