He will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by promoting and selling building materials to potential clients. He will play a crucial role in identifying business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the interior fit-out market.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand clients' requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Collaborate with clients to create customized interior fit-out proposals.
Sales Presentations:
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase the company's interior fit-out services.
Highlight key features, benefits, and value propositions to potential clients.
Address client inquiries and concerns effectively.
Quotation and Proposal Management:
Prepare accurate and competitive price quotations along with the estimation and QS dept. for interior fit-out projects.
Create detailed proposals outlining the scope of work, timelines, and costs.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
Work closely with design, project management, and execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Communicate client requirements and expectations to internal teams.
Market Intelligence:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Provide feedback to the management team on market dynamics and potential business opportunities.
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the interior fit-out or construction industry.
Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Negotiation Skills:
Strong negotiation skills to secure profitable deals and contracts.
Relationship Building:
Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
