Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including contractors, consultants, and developers
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the company's market share
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals in alignment with company policies and profitability targets
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with the logistics and operations team to ensure timely delivery of materials
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system
Attend industry exhibitions, networking events, and trade shows to promote the company's products
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Minimum 3 years' proven sales experience in
building materials, construction supplies, or related sectors
in Qatar
Strong network of contacts in the construction industry is an advantage
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Valid Qatar driving license is required
Fluency in
Arabic and English
(spoken and written) preferred
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure
