We are seeking a dynamic, goal-oriented, and results-driven

Sales Executive

to join our Project Sales Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling a diverse range of building materials, including tiles, marble, paints, electrical lighting, and sanitary products.

This role requires a proactive professional with strong industry knowledge and the ability to establish and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders in the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the construction and building materials market. Promote and sell products to contractors, architects, consultants, developers, and other project stakeholders. Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication. Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product presentations; negotiate and close deals effectively. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client communications, and project details.

Reporting & Coordination

Keep detailed documentation of client interactions, sales performance, and project progress. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and excellent after-sales support.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in project sales within the building materials or construction industry (preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred).
