Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and expand the market for premium fragrances within the

beauty and cosmetics sector

. Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, including beauty brands, personal care manufacturers, and cosmetic formulators. Understand client requirements and offer tailored fragrance solutions. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing) to ensure client satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and consumer preferences in the fragrance and cosmetics domain.

Requirements:



2-3 years of sales experience

in the

beauty, cosmetic, or fragrance industry

. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales goals. Knowledge of fragrance ingredients or formulation will be a strong advantage. Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
