Job Overview
Sharaf DG is hiring a results-driven Sales Executive to focus on B2B outdoor sales of Etisalat telecom services in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The role involves hunting for new business clients, selling GSM connections including postpaid, fiber, and Business On plans, and achieving sales targets through client engagement and field sales activities.

Job Overview
This role is ideal for professionals with strong outdoor sales experience who are comfortable generating leads and closing telecom deals directly with business clients. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, managing customer relationships, and contributing to revenue growth across designated territories.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify potential business clients through field visits, networking, and cold calling
  • Promote Etisalat telecom solutions such as postpaid plans, fiber internet, and Business On services
  • Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their telecom needs and offering tailored packages
  • Negotiate sales terms and close deals efficiently to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Provide post-sales service and ensure a high level of client satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and follow-ups using CRM tools
  • Submit regular performance reports and market feedback to the sales management team
Requirements
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience
  • 1 to 3 years of B2B or outdoor sales experience
  • Prior experience in selling GSM connections (postpaid, fiber, Business On) is a strong advantage
Skills & Abilities
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to manage field sales independently
  • Organized and comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Additional Requirements
  • Valid UAE driver's license and willingness to travel within Dubai and Abu Dhabi
