Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Team Lead (Education solutions) located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying opportunities for business growth, and ensuring Individual target is achieved along with customer satisfaction. In addition, you will be responsible for training, motivating, and guiding sales team members to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

Analytical Skills, including the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies
Team Management Skills, including the ability to manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
Proven track record in handling education portfolio in middle east

Customer Service Skills, including the ability to provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients

Communication Skills, including excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Sales Skills, including the ability to identify and close new business opportunities.
