About the job Sales Executive- (Automotive Lubricant)
Our client is a regional market leader, specializing in the distribution of quality and reliable aftermarket automotive spares in the UAE, Qatar, MENA, and CIS regions. They deal with the distribution of Auto parts, Batteries, and Lubricants products.
We are looking for a Sales Executive who should have experience in Auto-parts sales & this position is for Lubes Sales
Promote and sell the products such as Lubricants to the corporate/retail customers across the UAE
Develop and maintain relationships with corporate and retail customers to achieve sales targets
Explore sales opportunities through market research and networking
Visit potential customers and present brand/product samples and catalogues whilst delivering the highest levels of customer service
Identify customer needs and advise customers on suitable product specifications / key features
Prepare and send accurate price quotations to corporate and retail customers
Prepare and send updates on product information and prices to corporate and retail customers
Negotiate sales terms including price and delivery in line with company guidelines
Prepare and collate information and documentation required to close a sale such as sales invoices, delivery dates and customer profile
Handle customer requests for credit facilities and submit relevant credit forms and supporting documents to Finance for review and approval
Follow up on payments with customers to ensure timely collection and report regularly on payment status to the Sales Manager
Check stock availability and report any shortages to the Sales Manager
Log all sales enquires and leads
Input and update sales activities into the system and prepare status reports on sales activities such as closings, follow-ups, and target achievement by product/brand
