- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve 7PQRS\' objectives
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to meet sales targets for our event services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners in the event industry
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends in the event planning and management space
- Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management at 7PQRS
- Monitor sales performance and provide feedback and coaching to sales representatives to better sell our event services
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and addressing customer concerns in a timely and professional manner specifically for event services
- Collaborate with other departments, such as event planning and production.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales management within the event industry
- Native in Arabic; fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong leadership and people management skills specific to the event industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for event sales and services
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team within an event agency
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills specific to the event industry
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets in event services
- Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred, specifically within the event industry
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
