Job Description

We are strengthening our commercial team and are seeking an experienced Arabic-speaking Senior Sales Executive to support aggressive growth plans across retail and corporate channels. This position is designed for a disciplined sales professional with a strong closing mindset and clear ownership of targets.

Role Overview


You will be responsible for driving revenue by managing the full sales cycle--lead generation, client engagement, negotiation, and closure--while maintaining high standards of professionalism, data accuracy, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities



Own and deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets in line with company growth objectives. Develop retail and corporate pipelines through proactive telecalling, referrals, walk-ins, cold outreach, networking, and social media. Execute B2B sales activities, including corporate visits, proposal preparation, quotation issuance, follow-ups, and contract negotiation. Identify decision-makers, present value-driven solutions, and close deals efficiently. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM, ensuring full visibility of leads, opportunities, and conversions. Coordinate booking confirmations, follow-up communications, and post-sale handovers to operations teams. Monitor market activity, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to support management decisions.

Proven sales performer with strong negotiation and closing skills. Clear, confident communicator with the ability to influence and build long-term relationships. Highly organized, detail-focused, and disciplined in following structured sales processes. Energetic, professional, and resilient under pressure. Strong interest in health, fitness, and wellness, with the ability to translate benefits into clear commercial value. Team-oriented mindset with accountability for individual and collective results.

Requirements



Minimum 3 years of solid sales experience; B2B or corporate sales is highly preferred. Strong computer literacy, including CRM systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel. Fitness, sports science, or health-related education is an added advantage. Physically fit and professionally presentable.
