Job description Roles 1. Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
2. Researching prospects and generating leads.
3. Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
3. Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
4. Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
5. Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
6. Building and maintaining a CRM database.
7. Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
8. Participating in sales team meetings.
9. Visiting the site to meet clients, take the site measurement and submitting reports.
10. Work and coordinate with other department to provided sales order.
11. Work on amendment orders and coordinate it between clients and other department.
12. Work on receiving payment and collection.
