Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Executive - Aluminum & Glazing
to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience in the UAE construction or interiors sector, with a deep understanding of aluminum, glazing, and glass partition systems. This role offers a rewarding opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and is passionate about delivering value-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Proactively seek and acquire new business opportunities within the aluminum, glazing, and glass partition sectors.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and project decision-makers.
Project Engagement:
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations to assess project requirements and promote suitable solutions.
Sales Proposals & Closures:
Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and submittals. Follow up diligently to close deals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams including design, engineering, and operations to ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations.
Market Intelligence:
Stay current with industry trends, product innovations, and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities.
CRM & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communication, and sales pipelines using CRM systems and provide regular sales reports.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
Minimum
2-3 years
of proven sales experience in aluminum, glazing, or glass partition systems in the UAE.
Strong existing client network in the construction or interiors sector is highly desirable.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Licensing:
Valid UAE Driver's License
is mandatory.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
High level of self-motivation, target orientation, and accountability.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
