We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven

Sales Executive

to join our dynamic team, specializing in

Aluminum, Glazing, and Glass Partition Solutions

. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background within the UAE construction or interiors sector, a proactive approach to business development, and a solid network of industry contacts. If you are passionate about achieving targets and delivering exceptional client experiences, we would love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities



Business Development:

Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities within the aluminum, glazing, and glass partition sectors.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, architects, and project managers.

Client Engagement:

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site evaluations to understand project requirements and propose suitable solutions.

Proposal Management:

Prepare detailed proposals, technical submissions, and quotations; follow up consistently to convert leads into successful sales.

Project Coordination:

Collaborate closely with internal design, engineering, and operations teams to ensure project execution aligns with client expectations.

Market Intelligence:

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to develop winning sales strategies.

CRM Management:

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipelines using CRM platforms.

Qualifications & Skills



Experience:

2-3 years of proven sales experience in the UAE, specifically within the aluminum, glazing, or glass partition industry.

License:

Must possess a valid UAE driving license.

Network:

Strong existing network of industry professionals and decision-makers is highly preferred.

Sales Skills:

Outstanding negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.

Work Ethic:

Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working both independently and within a team environment.

Professionalism:

Well-presented, responsible, and committed to delivering a superior customer experience.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
