Overview of the role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maximizing gross margins, and promoting Finance and Insurance (F&I) products, trade-ins, and accessory sales. This role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction and maintaining high standards throughout the customer journey
What you will do
- Achieve monthly unit sales targets by guiding customers through a structured sales process
- Maximize retained gross margins on unit sales to maintain branch profitability
- Meet monthly F&I product sales targets
- Promote effective referrals to Showroom Managers to enhance revenue and customer satisfaction opportunities
- Achieve set targets for trade-ins and Dealer Installed Options (DIO) Accessories sales
- Manage leads to increase sales revenue, ensuring a high conversion rate from inquiries
- Capture customer data accurately to enable efficient follow-up and referencing
- Engage in continuous personal and professional growth through sales meetings and training session
