Job Description

As a Travel Sales Executive, your primary role is to promote and sell travel packages to individuals or groups. Your responsibilities include: 1. Sales and Promotion: Actively market and sell travel products, including vacation packages, cruises, and other related services. 2. Customer Engagement: Interact with customers to understand their travel preferences, provide destination information, and tailor packages to meet their needs. 3. **Booking Coordination:** Handle the end-to-end booking process, including flight reservations, accommodation, transportation, and other travel-related services. 4. **Customer Service:** Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive client relationships. 5. **Destination Knowledge:** Stay informed about travel destinations, trends, and attractions to provide accurate and valuable information to customZ 6. **Sales Targets:** Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting travel packages and upselling additional services. 7. **Supplier Negotiation:** Negotiate with hotels, airlines, and other travel service providers to secure the best rates and arrangements for clients. 8. **Visa Processing:** Assist clients in the visa application process, ensuring all required documentation is submitted and liaising with relevant authorities for timely approvals. 9. **Documentation:** Manage and organize travel documents, ensuring clients receive all necessary information for their trips. 10. **Market Research:** Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging travel destinations to provide a competitive edge in sales. 11. **Team Collaboration:** Coordinate with other team members, such as reservation staff and customer support, to ensure seamless travel experiences for clients. 12. **Reporting:** Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to management. Requirements: - Proven experience in travel sales or a related field. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of travel industry products, services, and destinations. - Strong negotiation and sales abilities. - Attention to detail and organizational skills. - Familiarity with reservation systems and travel-related software. Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month Experience:
  • Sales in travel Industry: 2 years (Preferred)
