Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Provide personalized shopping experiences by understanding and addressing individual needs and preferences.
Offer styling tips and fashion advice to enhance the customer\'s shopping experience. Sales and Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
Actively upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash and electronic payments. Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our product offerings, including their features, benefits, and unique selling points.
Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and brand collections to effectively guide customers. Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining the store\'s visual appearance by arranging and displaying merchandise attractively.
Ensure that the store is organized and well-maintained at all times. Inventory Management: Monitor and report on stock levels to ensure products are readily available.
Assist with stock replenishment and participate in regular stocktakes as required. Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and convey insights to the management to enhance the overall customer experience.
Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and maintain a positive work environment.
