proven floristry market experience

Responsibilities:
Develop new B2B accounts with hotels, corporates, and event organizers.
Maintain and grow strong client relationships.
Identify business opportunities for seasonal contracts, decor projects, and corporate gifting.
Work closely with operations and design teams to deliver outstanding service.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years proven experience in floristry sales
(corporate, hospitality, or events sector).
Strong existing client network in UAE hospitality / corporate market preferred.
Valid UAE driving license and own car required.
Fluent in English.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Highly motivated, target-driven, able to work independently.
