for Catering & Events to generate new business, build client relationships, and promote our catering services for corporate events, private functions, weddings, and large-scale gatherings. The ideal candidate has strong sales skills, excellent communication, and a good understanding of the catering and events industry.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in catering and events.
Respond to client inquiries, prepare customized proposals, and present catering solutions.
Promote catering packages, menus, and event services to corporate and individual clients.
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and event walkthroughs.
Liaise with the culinary team, operations, and events staff to ensure accurate proposals and service delivery.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and event details to close deals.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain and update the sales pipeline, CRM, and client database.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
Attend networking events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to generate leads.
Coordinate with event planners to finalize event timelines and requirements.
Prepare sales reports and market analysis for management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in catering, hospitality, food services, or events.
Strong knowledge of catering operations, event planning, and customer service.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Valid UAE Driving License (if applicable).
