Achieve monthly sales targets in the financial year.
Prospect in targeted segments that require meeting standards in phone calls, and face-to-face visits.
Present and sell Retail banking products & services to potential customers in an ethical structured & professional manner.
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers & companies to enhance cross-selling opportunities.
Acting as an external personal contact between the bank and its existing and potential markets.
Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with correct calculations/charges.
Record all sales activities in Daily Sales Reports and update CRM for leads and contacts.
Participate in all Team Activities like morning huddles, training, and coaching.

Knowledge of bank policy in all products Personal loan or Credit card Require

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements: Knowledge

Proven experience selling to and working with high-net-worth individuals.
Knowledge of developing a networking strategy and proven ability to achieve sales targets monthly.
Knowledge of competitor activity and propositions.
Bachelor\'s Degree is mandatory.

Outdoor Banking sales experience in UAE is a must minimum of 2 years.
