Hiring now! Sales Executive ( Freelancer) We are looking for a male outdoor salesman with proven experience in the market of UAE. Your main responsibility is to increase our company revenue and create awareness for our environmental services such as Kitchen Duct Cleaning, Grease Trap Cleaning, Water Tank Cleaning, Pest Bird Control, etc. : - Prepare marketing plan to promote our products and services to all commercial cooking establishments which include but not limited to: Hospitality Industry, shopping malls, facilities managements companies, oil companies, universities, hotels, restaurants, etc. - Daily visits to food establishments and prospects - Sale company's products and services and close AMC with new clients - Prepare and deliver power point presentation on products and services - Maintain log records of visits and sales leads. - Ability to use internet marketing channels to promote the company products and services on line - Prepare weekly and monthly analysis reports of sales and signed AMC on excel or spreadsheets. - Achieving monthly sales target and goals set by the company. - Coordinate with accounts department to follow up pending payment from your new accounts. REQUIREMENTS - Proficiency in English - Proficiency in MS Office - Proven sales track record. - Excellent writing, presentation, communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to build rapport. - Time management and planning skills - Hands on sales experience and industry knowledge. - Valid UAE driving license. - Proven experience in the UAE as a sales executive, business development or a relevant role. - Having good contacts with FM and shopping malls procurement is an advantage.
