We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Sales Executive
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining existing customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and prospecting.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by the Sales Manager.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by providing excellent customer service and follow-up.
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective and existing customers.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events.
Prepare reports on sales performance, forecasts, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of [Other Languages, if required] is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
