We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Sales Executive
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies.
Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts.
Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings as required.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Customer-oriented with a strong sense of professionalism.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
