Key Responsibilities: \xef\x82\xb7 Develop a sales and marketing plan in coordination with the management \xef\x82\xb7 Create and manage accounts and cultivate relationships with existing and potential clients \xef\x82\xb7 Plan, produce and promote events where and when required \xef\x82\xb7 Responsible on client servicing and closing event sales \xef\x82\xb7 Developing ideas for, and liaising with management for product specific promotions on a weekly basis \xef\x82\xb7 Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information. \xef\x82\xb7 Receiving and processing purchase orders. \xef\x82\xb7 Issuing sales transaction invoices. \xef\x82\xb7 Verifying orders, including customers\' personal information and payment details. \xef\x82\xb7 Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information. \xef\x82\xb7 Maintaining and updating sales and customer records. \xef\x82\xb7 Compiling monthly sales reports. \xef\x82\xb7 Expediting orders through internal liaison. \xef\x82\xb7 Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments. \xef\x82\xb7 Identifying new products to add to those on offer. \xef\x82\xb7 Support to produce a sales plan with leads, timelines and proposed products as well as potential revenue generated \xef\x82\xb7 Persist in sales even by overcoming objections \xef\x82\xb7 Keep senior management fully aware and up to date through weekly sales reports with pipeline status \xef\x82\xb7 Ensure IGNITE is on the RFP-receivers list for any Corporate Wellness programs in Dubai and Abu Dhabi \xef\x82\xb7 Networking with industry and media members \xef\x82\xb7 Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs \xef\x82\xb7 Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media \xef\x82\xb7 Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns \xef\x82\xb7 Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on our products and services \xef\x82\xb7 Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data \xef\x82\xb7 Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences \xef\x82\xb7 Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections \xef\x82\xb7 Collaborate with team members to achieve better results \xef\x82\xb7 Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams \xef\x82\xb7 Build and nurture relationships with PR agencies/consultants, HR-managers and Procurement managers, Hotels and event venues, Media representatives \xef\x82\xb7 Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards \xef\x82\xb7 Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies \xef\x82\xb7 Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed \xef\x82\xb7 Take part in teambuilding/ water sports party events and use it as an opportunity to market and sell IGNITE services Job Type: Full-time Experience:
