As a Sales Engineer (CCTV), you will be responsible for pre-sales technical support, product demonstrations, and solution design tailored to client needs. You'll work closely with the sales and technical teams to drive revenue through CCTV and video surveillance system sales.
Key Responsibilities
Identify customer needs and design appropriate CCTV solutions.
Provide technical support during pre-sales meetings and after-sales implementation.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and system designs.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitors.
Collaborate with the installation and support teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Assist with system testing, commissioning, and customer training when needed.
Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications
Proven experience (2+ years) in CCTV/security surveillance system sales or engineering.
Strong technical knowledge of CCTV systems, including IP cameras, NVRs, VMS, networking, and integration with access control.
Degree or diploma in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or related field (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
o Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites.
