Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented
Sales Engineer
with specialized knowledge in
CCTV systems
,
AI solutions
,
chatbots
, and
call center services
. The ideal candidate will have
3 to 6 years of UAE experience
in pre-sales or technical sales roles, with a proven ability to close deals and provide tailored solutions to enterprise and SME clients.
You will work closely with our Business Development and Technical teams to understand customer requirements, demonstrate technical capabilities, and deliver winning proposals that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify customer opportunities across CCTV, AI/chatbot, and call center domains.
Conduct site visits and technical assessments for CCTV and security system deployments.
Deliver customized presentations and demos showcasing AI-driven chatbots and call center automation tools.
Provide pre-sales consultation, prepare technical proposals, and respond to RFPs/RFIs.
Collaborate with technical teams to design optimal system architecture and integration.
Stay current on market trends and competitors in the UAE security and AI sectors.
Maintain relationships with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
Requirements:
3 to 6 years of relevant experience in the UAE
in a similar sales engineering or technical sales role.
Strong technical knowledge of
CCTV and surveillance systems
, including camera types, NVR/DVR setups, networking, and remote monitoring.
Experience selling or implementing
AI/chatbot platforms
and/or
call center solutions
(e.g., VoIP, IVR, cloud call centers).
Excellent communication, client-facing, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of local UAE market regulations and customer expectations in the tech/security sectors.
Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within the Emirates for client meetings and site visits.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or a related technical field.
Knowledge of AI platforms like
Qallix
or similar chatbot technologies.
Familiarity with
CRM
,
ERP
, or
call center software integration
(e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, Freshdesk, Genesys).
Experience working with government or enterprise clients in the UAE.
Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
