Key Responsibilities
Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
Develop technical solutions for complex client water treatment requirements
Build and maintain relationships with key accounts including authorities, contractors, and consultants
Expand market presence through strategic networking and partnerships across GCC
Achieve annual sales targets with strong gross margin contribution
Prepare quotations, conduct technical presentations, and negotiate commercial terms
Represent company at industry meetings, presentations, and public events
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering
Alternatively, candidates with strong GCC water treatment industry experience will be considered
2-3 years proven experience in water/wastewater treatment equipment sales
Essential Requirements:
Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
GCC working experience with international companies
Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and client relationship management
Technical knowledge of water and wastewater treatment equipment
Preferred Skills:
AutoCAD knowledge
Experience with technical product presentations
Understanding of GCC market dynamics
