Universal Rubber Belt Manufacturing is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to drive business growth in the GCC industrial sector, with a focus on UAE and Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for professionals with a proven track record in industrial sales and a deep understanding of machinery applications and rubber belt solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand distributor networks and industrial accounts across UAE and KSA.
- Provide expert advice on industrial applications and machinery solutions.
- Promote and sell power transmission rubber belts to target clients.
- Build and nurture long-term business relationships with key stakeholders.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and effective negotiation.
- Minimum 5 years of industrial sales experience in the GCC market (UAE/KSA).
- Strong knowledge of industrial applications, machinery, and rubber belt products.
- Demonstrated ability to manage distributors and grow business accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and target-driven skills.
- Proven success in generating and converting leads into long-term clients.
