Key Responsibilities

Review and study project specifications, drawings, and BOQs related to elevators and escalators. Prepare detailed quotations with technical specifications aligned to project requirements. Develop tender submissions including compliance statements, technical proposals, and pricing estimations. Coordinate with factory and internal teams to obtain accurate cost data and technical inputs. Ensure all tender documents are submitted within deadlines and meet client requirements. Provide technical support during pre-tender and post-tender discussions with clients and consultants. Attending the tender clarification meeting with the client, consultant and contractor Maintain updated knowledge of elevator and escalator products, standards, and market pricing. Track tender status and follow up with clients to maximize conversion opportunities.

Skills Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or related discipline). Minimum 3-5 years of experience in

elevator/escalator tendering, estimation, or sales engineering

. Strong knowledge of elevator and escalator systems, specifications, and industry standards (EN81 family, DCD, Dubai Design Code) Proficiency in preparing technical and commercial proposals. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail in cost estimation and compliance. Strong communication and negotiation skills to interact with clients, consultants, and suppliers. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict tender deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with AutoCAD is an advantage. Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus. UAE market experience preferred
